Getting the Most Out of Your Message

A clear, well-organised message helps us understand your request faster and point you in the right direction. Because the forum covers a wide range of topics, from MMO development threads to server files and mod catalogs, a little context goes a long way.

What to include

• A descriptive subject line, such as "Broken download link in Releases" or "Question about posting a tutorial", rather than just "Help".
• Your forum username, if your question relates to your account, a post or a thread.
• Links or thread titles for any content you are asking about, so we can find it without guesswork.
• Steps you have already tried, especially for technical questions about tools or server setups.

Before you write

Many common questions are already answered on the site. Setup guides and walkthroughs live in the Tutorials section, and posting guidelines, content policies and moderation expectations are explained in the Rules. For help with a specific file or project, asking in the relevant board on the Forums often gets quicker answers from members who have worked on similar setups.

Reporting content

If you are reporting a post, a file or a link that seems harmful, misleading or in breach of the rules, describe the problem plainly and say where you found it. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information by email; we will never ask for them.

We read every message, but replies can take some time depending on volume. Sending one detailed email rather than several short follow-ups keeps your request in one place and usually leads to a faster, more useful answer.
